The War Chief is a pretty good tank. He’s an offensive tank with high HP but low Magic resistance. I bring this up because these things can cause his HP to fluctuate. To compensate he has “2” lives and a high life stealing rating. He also seems to hit every opponent in the row with both of his attacks. Chapters 1, 4, and 7 have elite missions for him, so he’s relatively easy to evolve.
War Chief’s super move is Hammer Throw. He hurls an orb at one enemy and it stuns them. It causes magic damage, but it doesn’t do much. Its best function is to stun an enemy so the War Chief can hit and steal HP from it.
The War Chief has another skill called Power Swing. This “swing” is more like a powerful stab. It does a lot of damage and hits multiple enemies in the row. It does a lot of damage and can steal a lot of HP because of it.
War Chief really has 2 passive skills: Krein Bloodcall, and Rage. Krein Bloodcall increases the whole team’s life stealing ability. It’s barely noticeable for most other team members. However, it increases the War Chief’s life stealing ability to nearly 50. So if 50 is a percentage, then 50% of all physical damage he does gives the War Chief health. Unfortunately, the War Chief seems to rely on this skill. He needs to be attacking to make up for his pitiful magic defense.
Rage gives War Chief the ability to revive again after 3 seconds of death. Increasing this skill increases the HP regained when reviving. Originally, when reviving, War Chief gets like 75% of his health back.
Final Word: Great physical tank, relies on life stealing, gets 2 lives, but has fluctuating HP.
